Accounts Payable Clerk

Schomp Automotive Group is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to support its dealerships and customers. The role handles invoice and purchase-order processing, account reconciliations, filing, and phone assistance.

What you'll do:

• Accurately compile and sort purchase orders, invoices, and statements
• Review accounting data on invoices, post daily
• Reconcile statements to accounts payable scheduled and prepare checks
• Manage filing of paperwork
• Responsible for reconciling Sublet schedule, Payable Schedule and Open POs report
• Assist in answering phones

What they're looking for:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred
