Accounts Payable Clerk

Unio Digital is a company seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage vendor invoice processing, three-way matching, weekly check runs, and 1099 maintenance. The role involves reconciling vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end close activities.

What you'll do:

• Owns vendor invoice processing, three-way matching against POs and receipts, weekly check runs, and 1099 maintenance
• Reconciles vendor statements, resolves discrepancies, and supports month-end close
• Process vendor invoices through three-way matching (PO + receipt + invoice)
• Run weekly check runs and ACH payments
• Maintain 1099 records and year-end filings
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end close

What they're looking for:

• 1+ year accounts payable or comparable bookkeeping experience
• Comfort with QuickBooks Online (or comparable accounting software)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ
