Accounts Payable Intern

Modine Manufacturing Company is a global provider of thermal management solutions for mission-critical applications. The Accounts Payable Intern will support invoice processing, payment verification, financial documentation, reporting, reconciliation, and process improvement while gaining hands-on experience in financial operations.

What you'll do:

• Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
• Support data entry and record keeping functions within the accounts payable system
• Help prepare accounts payable reports and reconciliation tasks
• Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives
• Learn and utilize from ERP software to support accounts payable functions
• Perform administrative and financial tasks as assigned

What they're looking for:

• 0+ years of experience in an accounting related field
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Associate's program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary
• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field
• Only individuals authorized to work in the United States now and for the foreseeable future will be considered for this position
• Prior internship or coursework in Accounting or Finance is a plus
