Accounts Payable Intern- Summer 2027

R&R Realty Group is a commercial real estate company serving Iowa and Nebraska. The Accounts Payable Intern will maintain accounts payable records, process invoices and checks, manage reports and files, resolve vendor invoicing issues, and provide receptionist phone backup when needed.

What you'll do:

• Embraces and actively demonstrates R&R Realty Group’s core values
• Scans, indexes and converts invoices into Yardi
• Prepares accounts payable checks
• Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files
• Resolves vendor related issues with invoicing
• Provide phone back up assistance to the receptionist when needed

What they're looking for:

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
