Accounts Payable Specialist

DriveTime Family of Brands is a privately owned used car sales, financing, and servicing company. The Accounts Payable Specialist processes vehicle inventory transactions, invoices, and incoming funds while supporting accounting activities, resolving discrepancies, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and GAAP standards.

What you'll do:

• Receiving vehicle purchase information and verifying accuracy across multiple systems
• Accurately entering vehicle purchases into inventory systems
• Researching vehicle inquiries and payments
• Researching and applying incoming funds accurately and timely
• Assisting internal and external business partners with vehicle-related issues
• Reviewing and researching assigned tickets and requests
• Maintaining, organizing, and filing appropriate documentation
• Ensuring transactions are completed in compliance with company procedures and GAAP standards
• Performing additional duties and projects as assigned
