Acquisitions Intern

COARE Beheer is focused on solving the challenges of affordable housing through the acquisition and preservation of Manufactured Housing Communities. They are seeking an Acquisitions Intern to assist with acquisition research, real-estate financial analysis, and business diligence activities.

What you'll do:

• Acquisition research
• Real-estate financial analysis, valuation, and modeling
• Business diligence and dataroom management
• Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use
• Create complex real-estate financial analysis and valuation models
• Compile and present desktop analysis of key economic metrics in target markets
• Draft investment memorandums and investor presentations in support of presenting to equity and debt investors
• Interact directly with on-site management to update and maintain the corporate operating model and asset-level models
• Coordinate/conduct due diligence activities for properties under contract
