The opportunity

Intact Services USA LLC has an opportunity for an Actuarial Supervisor to join our Actuarial team based in our Plymouth, MN or Boston, MA office (telecommuting permissible in TX).

• Develop and direct development of managerial information based on actuarial and financial analyses
• Assist with development of strategic business proposals
• Design and enhance actuarial analyses
• Identify best analytical approval to determinate relationships, trends, and indications
• Develop, supervise and train actuarial staff
• Position may be served in person from office in Plymouth, MN or Boston, MA (telecommuting permissible in TX)

The expertise you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• 4 years of experience as an Actuary
• Demonstrated experience with: actuarial and financial software; analyzing data for ratemaking, loss reserving and forecasting; developing actuarial formulations; and consulting on actuarial models and risk

Our salary ranges are determined by many factors including location, role, experience, and skillset of the candidate. The following ranges displayed reflect the target base salary for new hires, but your recruiter will share more specific compensation information with you during the hiring process. The typical base salary range for this position is: $161,075 – $191,000, based on the factors aforementioned. In addition to base salary, full-time Intact employees are also eligible for bonus potential and a full range of benefits to include but not limited to:
