About this role
Performs critical clerical functions for Care Management and Social Work support, and Interpreter Services. Provides primary clerical assistance to Department leadership. Maintains departmental communication systems. Maintains supply systems for the department. Provides intake services for social work referrals and other Care Management Services responsibilities.
Provides clerical and coordinative services to utilization management system and staff. Serves as a communication line between Utilization Care Management staff and external insurance reviewers and governmental bodies, as well as between Case Management and internal departments, especially business services and admissions. Assists Care Mangers in Regulatory and Commercial review processes.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 years - Job related experience including responsible clerical work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training - Completion of a basic business school or business management course.
- Healthcare experience.
