Administrative Assistant - Marketing Coordinator

Fire Team Security is a systems integrator providing security system designs, services, and installations for residential, commercial, industrial, and governmental clients. The Administrative Assistant - Marketing Coordinator will support office operations, customer interactions, scheduling, vendors, and leadership while creating marketing content, supporting campaigns, and promoting the company brand across multiple platforms.

What you'll do:

• You will welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism, manage incoming calls and emails, coordinate deliveries, and maintain an organized office environment
• You will also track office supplies, coordinate vendors, assist with scheduling, and provide administrative support to leadership
• At the same time, you will create and schedule social media content, draft newsletters and announcements, support marketing campaigns, assist with company events, and help showcase the Fire Team Security brand across multiple platforms

What they're looking for:

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace
• A willingness to learn basic design tools like Canva and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A keen eye for spelling and visual design
• Great at multitasking
• Problem solver with a "figure-it-out" attitude
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role
• Exposure to basic marketing or social media curation
