Make a meaningful difference in the community with the Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disability Supports (OIDD). We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Administrative Coordinator 4 to join our team and deliver high-quality support to complex duties and mission goals.

Position Duties

Three years of experience in administrative services.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

  • Schedules and coordinates conferences and meetings
  • Assesses importance of issues and briefs supervisor
  • Briefs administrator of potential inefficiencies with the daily operations of the organization and presents possible solutions. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs preferred.
