This position is responsible for leading administrative operational initiatives in identified areas in order to achieve set goals. Responsible for strategic planning, educational and financial operations of assigned areas, operating efficiency, and staff development.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.  
Oversee administrative and operational departments and individuals including but not limited to Quality and Compliance, Admissions and Contracting 
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
Make decisions on day-to-day planning and operations of assigned functions
Review financial reports and participate in budgeting for areas of responsibility
Evaluate the efficiency of the business procedures and make improvements if needed
Create/update and periodically evaluate policies and procedures in assigned functions
Manage properties and leases, including coordinating repairs, renewing leases, working with the broker to find new space, etc.
Oversee contracting and credentialing processes as necessary 
Build and maintain key external relationships (i.e., landlords, cleaning companies and other vendors)
Partner with corporate functions as needed (i.e., IT, Finance, HR) 
Hire, develop, evaluate and manage assigned staff in maintenance, intake, and administrative operations.
Participate in the safety committee and quality related activities
Participate in and helps to lead other business related initiatives
 
Performs other related duties and activities as required.
 
 
 
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
Minimum Knowledge and Skills required by the Job
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job.  
 
Education and Experience:  
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 
A minimum of 5 years of operational and supervisory experience. 
Experience in healthcare and/or human services preferred
 
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
None required
 
Other Skills and Abilities:
Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.  
 
Other Requirements:
Travel as needed
 
Physical Requirements:
 
Light work.  Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.  If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
