Receive, inventory, label, store, and maintain investigational drugs according to sponsor protocols and regulatory requirements. Prepare and dispense investigational medications under pharmacist supervision, ensuring accuracy and protocol compliance. Maintain complete and accurate drug accountability records, inventory logs, temperature monitoring, and study documentation. Monitor expiration dates, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and coordinate drug returns or destruction with study sponsors. Collaborate with pharmacists, research coordinators, investigators, and sponsors to facilitate efficient study operations. Safely handles all hazardous medications, including chemotherapy.
