We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This Advanced Practice Provider will join our Bariatric Surgery team at Community Hospital North.

Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking an Advnced Practice Provider, to join our Bariatric Surgery team at Community Hospital North located in Indianapolis, IN.

• 1.0 FTE day opportunity

• Monday– Friday, 8:30 am – 5pm

• Blend of surgical assisting in the operating room, inpatient hospital rounding, and outpatient clinic on bariatric and general surgery cases

• Electronic Medical Record – EPIC

Qualifications

• Experience in surgery is strongly preferred

• Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and dedication to delivering high quality patient care

• Must have the desire to practice in the operating room, clinic, and inpatient settings

Licensure & Certifications
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
