Advantage Renewables Finance Team Intern 2027

Advantage Renewables develops responsibly sited solar and energy storage projects across the United States. The Finance Team Intern will support project finance modeling, M&A due diligence, target valuation, negotiations, and financial reporting for renewable energy projects.

What you'll do:

• Creating and maintaining project finance models to evaluate the financial feasibility and potential return on investment of solar and storage projects
• Conducting due diligence on potential M&A targets, including financial, high-level technical, and market analysis, to assess their suitability for integration into our solar development business
• Determining the valuation of potential targets and assisting in negotiating favorable terms and conditions
• Preparing and presenting financial reports and recommendations to management, guiding them in making informed decisions

What they're looking for:

• If your expected graduation date falls between May 2027 and May 2028, you're eligible to embark on this journey
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills is a plus
• An inquisitive mind interested in renewable energy
• A knack for best business and finance practices
• Meticulous attention to detail
