Aeromedical Evacuations Officer

Job Overview

As an Aeromedical Evacuations Officer, you’ll pilot Blackhawk helicopters to medically evacuate injured Soldiers and allies. You’ll plan and execute intra-theater tactical, operational, and strategic medical evacuation operations. You’ll support joint, coalition, and allied partners, DOD employees and contractors, interagency personnel, non-government organizations, and more. Additionally, you’ll provide emergency support including medical supply, transporting blood, medical personnel and equipment, and homeland security medical evacuation.

Requirements

• Be a U.S. citizen by the time you commission as an Officer
• 18 to 34 Years Old
• Accepted to College, In College, or Graduate of a Four-Year Degree Program
• Basic Officer Leader Course (or Additional Special Courses/Qualifications)
• Eligible for a Secret Security Clearance
• Medically and Physically Fit
• In Good Moral Standing
