Affiliate Intern, Creator Marketing

Agency Eight is a creator marketing agency focused on performance seeding, paid partnerships, and affiliate strategy for leading CPG and beauty brands. They are seeking an Affiliate Intern to assist in researching and identifying social media influencers and developing affiliate strategies.

What you'll do:

• Research and identify social media influencers across various platforms (e.g., ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, etc.) who align with our clients' brand values and campaigns
• Evaluate influencers based on engagement metrics, audience demographics, and content quality
• Stay on top of social media trends, emerging platforms, and viral content to inform sourcing strategies
• Support outreach and follow-ups via affiliate platforms
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop affiliate strategies

• A deep understanding of the digital landscape, including trends, memes, and pop culture phenomena
• Strong research skills and a knack for identifying emerging talent
