About this role
The Product Owner is accountable for the end-to-end success of Vehicle Health Management products, from product strategy and technical requirements definition through development, validation, deployment, and lifecycle management. The role bridges business, customer, and technical domains, ensuring solutions are aligned with customer needs, vehicle electronic architectures, connectivity platforms, and business objectives. Working closely with Software Engineering, AIDA, ADA, Quality, and cross-functional teams, the Product Owner drives product evolution across the complete customer journey, maximizing value through a deep understanding of connected vehicle ecosystems, technical feasibility, operational readiness, and product performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Vehicle Health Management products, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business objectives, technical capabilities, and opportunities for revenue growth and value creation.
- Define and maintain global product technical requirements, ensuring consistent feature functionality, customer experience, data availability, and performance across brands, regions, and vehicle architectures.
- Lead feature definition, prioritization, and backlog management into scalable product solutions.
- Drive the end-to-end product journey from concept through development, validation, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineering, AIDA, ADA, Quality, Parts & Services, and cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and operational readiness.
- Define, monitor, and analyze product performance KPIs, customer usage, adoption metrics, and business outcomes to support data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
- Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and product performance data to identify opportunities and improve product value.
- Own the governance of product issues and defects, ensuring timely prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and resolution across cross-functional teams.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, software development, digital products, or related areas.
- Proven experience in Software Product Management, with a track record of defining product strategy, roadmaps, technical requirements definition, KPI frameworks, and lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of Vehicle Health Management solutions and connected vehicle ecosystems, combined with the ability to monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive benchmarks to identify innovation opportunities.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, align business and technical priorities, and communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and key milestones to stakeholders.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to define KPI frameworks and leverage AI capabilities to improve product performance, enhance customer experience, and drive continuous innovation.
