Farmers Insurance is hiring motivated professionals who want more than a traditional sales position. This paid development role provides training, licensing support, and hands-on experience designed to build a strong foundation in insurance sales and client portfolio management.

You'll work directly with customers while learning how to evaluate insurance needs, recommend coverage, develop new business, retain existing clients, and manage ongoing customer relationships.

As you develop, you'll also gain experience in the operational side of an insurance agency, including production goals, account retention, portfolio growth, and business planning.

No previous insurance experience is required.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
