Through the Farmers Insurance Protégé Program, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside an established Farmers Agency Owner, receive hands-on training, and develop the skills needed to potentially launch and operate your own insurance agency.

This opportunity is ideal for successful professionals with backgrounds in sales, business development, account management, customer relationship management, or leadership who are interested in moving beyond a traditional sales career and building a business of their own.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven success in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business ownership
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop professionally
• Ability to obtain required Arizona insurance licenses
• Ability to meet applicable background and appointment requirements

Previous insurance experience is preferred but not required
