Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
- Establish and lead the Agent & Issuer Services and Engagement function, setting the strategy, operating model, and engagement framework for agent and issuer relationships across Asset Servicing Operations, in alignment with ASO priorities and enterprise objectives.
- Drive the agent engagement strategy, strengthening transparency, communication, and collaboration with agents and issuers.
- Serve as the primary point of engagement for agent and issuer-related matters, building and maintaining relationships that support consistent service delivery and effective issue resolution.
- Partner with Corporate Actions business units across all event types to ensure agent activity aligns with how ASO delivers solutions, identifying and addressing gaps in the end-to-end service model.
- Serve as the voice of agents and issuers within ASO, bringing insights back into the organization to inform priorities and service improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and stakeholder outcomes through strengthened engagement practices.
- Define how success is measured for the function, establishing accountability for results and continuous improvement.
- Represent the function in internal and external forums, including discussions with senior stakeholders, industry participants, and regulatory bodies, as required.
- Build and develop a high-performing team aligned to the needs of the function, defining the roles, responsibilities, and capabilities required to support the model.
- Connect strategic priorities to financial outcomes by managing resources effectively and supporting budget planning aligned to business needs.
- Champion a culture of regulatory awareness and risk management across agent and issuer interactions, ensuring adherence to established policies, controls, and industry obligations.

- Fosters a risk management culture through implementation and demonstration of processes and procedures which identify and mitigate risk
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
