AI Engineer (Early Career)

Lingopal builds real-time AI language technology and is developing an AI agent platform for enterprise customer-support use cases. The early-career AI Engineer will work with the founding team and Tech Lead to build and ship features, prototype with pilot customers, and work hands-on with LLMs, agents, and voice AI.

What you'll do:

• Build and ship product features across the stack on our new AI agent product
• Prototype fast, learn from pilot customers, and iterate
• Bring your own point of view on product direction — we want engineers who think like owners, not ticket-takers
• Work hands-on with LLMs, agents, and voice AI, and use modern AI coding tools daily
