About this role

Lenovo is a global technology company developing AI-enabled devices, infrastructure, software, solutions, and services. The AI Library Business Analyst will help transform emerging AI technologies into scalable, customer-ready solutions through market analysis, solution readiness, technical enablement, and sales and marketing collaboration.

What you'll do:

  • Research AI market trends, emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitive solutions
  • Support evaluation of AI solutions and software partner offerings for inclusion in Lenovo's AI Library
  • Analyze business opportunities and identify how AI can solve customer challenges
  • Help develop value propositions, use cases, business cases, and portfolio roadmaps
  • Assist in transforming innovative AI concepts into scalable solutions that can be sold and delivered globally
  • Partner with technical teams to understand AI architecture, software, hardware, and service requirements
  • Support creation of implementation guides, documentation, governance processes, and delivery requirements
  • Collaborate with architects and technical specialists to understand AI solution design and deployment
  • Translate technical concepts into clear business and customer-focused messaging
  • Participate in solution validations, proof-of-concept activities, and technical demonstrations
  • Gather seller feedback and market insights to support solution development
  • Partner with marketing on thought leadership content, campaigns, customer stories, and solution launches

What they're looking for:

  • Recent or upcoming Bachelor's graduate
  • Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and solving real-world business challenges
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through coursework, internships, projects, research, or leadership experiences
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
  • Currently completing or recently completed a degree from an accredited university (Bachelors, Masters or PhD)
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, internship, or community involvement
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across global teams
  • Ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity, and execute with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to travel as needed (approximately 10-20%)
  • Master's degree preferred in Business, Analytics, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields
