AI Product Manager Intern (TikTok-Product-Social) - 2027 Summer

TikTok is a short-form mobile video and social media company seeking an AI Product Manager Intern to support social product initiatives. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user and data research, manage roadmaps, monitor product metrics, and optimize social features.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality social features
• Conduct user research and analyze product and behavioral data to identify user needs, interaction gaps, and opportunities to improve the social experience
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap for social initiatives, prioritizing features based on user impact, strategic value, and business goals
• Monitor product performance and key social metrics, and use data-driven insights to iterate on and optimize product features
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging social behaviors, and competitor products to inform product strategy and innovation

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, design, data science, or related fields
• Exposure to consumer-facing products
• Strong interest in social media, content ecosystems, and user experience design
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Prior internship, project, or hands-on experience in product management
• Experience contributing to product development from concept to launch
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, experimentation, and product metrics
• Strong interest in global social products, user interaction design, and community engagement
