AI & Technology Strategy Intern - Fall 2026

Brkthru is a leading digital media solutions provider focused on client-centric services. As an AI & Technology Strategy Intern, you will support AI initiatives, coordinate projects, and engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology improvements.

What you'll do:

• Help coordinate AI and technology initiatives by tracking priorities, documenting action items, and keeping projects moving forward
• Meet with stakeholders across the organization to understand business processes, gather requirements, and help identify opportunities where AI can improve workflows
• Support AI working group meetings by organizing agendas, documenting discussions, and helping prioritize future initiatives
• Assist with testing AI tools and agents, documenting feedback, validating use cases, and supporting continuous improvement
• Research emerging AI capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to help inform Brkthru's technology strategy

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Technology Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field as a Junior or Senior. Recent graduates may also be considered
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to collaborate across teams
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable learning new technologies in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Based in Michigan during the course of your internship with the ability to report to the office at least once for your capstone presentation in December
• Candidates based in or near Raleigh, NC may also be considered
• Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, technology strategy, or business process improvement
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms beyond basic prompting
• Familiarity with project management concepts or tools through coursework, internships, student organizations, or personal projects
• Experience leading projects, facilitating meetings, or coordinating work across teams
