Airline Corporate Recruiter

Piedmont Airlines is an airline company seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition Department. The role selects qualified candidates, coordinates recruiting events with station management, conducts interviews and orientations, manages hiring processes, and supports staffing goals through extensive travel.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for understanding the corporate culture, policies, and goals to select candidates that meet or exceed the company’s minimum requirements for employment
• Work closely with station management in various locations to arrange and host recruiting events designed to meet staffing goals
• Post job opportunities on various websites or newspapers, monitor responses, and contact candidates
• Conduct interview and orientation sessions; arrange for new hires to attend mandatory training class
• Ensure employment processes are completed for each new hire
• Maintain and update files, tracking forms and order pre-employment workbooks as necessary

• Excellent MS Office Suite skills
• Flexible schedule

• Extensive travel to include multiple overnights
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
• Knowledge of federal and state employment law
• Previous recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field
