Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee and enhance primary care nursing services at our Laurel Village location. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a vital role in optimizing patient care, staff support, and operational efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of healthcare services within our organization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, with a valid RN license in California. - Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role in primary care, or outpatient settings. - Strong clinical expertise in primary care nursing, with a solid understanding of patient assessment and care planning. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and effectively communicate with patients. - Proficiency in using electronic health records and healthcare information systems. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement methodologies is preferred. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex situations. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to perform limited clinical practice as needed. - A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated with nursing best practices.
