Ambulance Mechanic PRN

Performs mechanical maintenance, repair, inspection, and preventive maintenance on Medical Center Ambulance Service ambulances and ambulance chassis. Ensures vehicles are maintained in a safe, reliable, and operational condition.

This is a PRN position with no guaranteed hours per week. Work is performed on an as-needed hourly basis according to departmental needs and employee availability. This position does not include health insurance benefits.

High School diploma or G.E.D. is required.  Must have and maintain a valid vehicle driver’s license.

CERTIFICATIONS: Master Automotive Technician certification and ASE certification is preferred but not required.
