Analyst, BI, Product Management

Horizon Next is one of the industry's most innovative and data-driven marketing organizations. The Analyst, Business Intelligence (Product Management) will assist in the implementation and maintenance of analytical models across clients, becoming a trusted resource on data and processes while managing day-to-day data-related requests.

What you'll do:

• Deploy and maintain Next Analytics models for Horizon Next clients
• Ensure existing model pipelines run smoothly and produce high-quality data
• Help strategy and client teams interpret model outputs
• Assist with onboarding new clients by gathering the required data inputs needed for their models
• Update models for existing clients to add new features or KPIs
• Identify opportunities to automate model onboarding and deployment
• Investigate any bugs or model output issues that may arise
• Assist with QA of model input and output
• Build processes to provide data to client teams for transparency and reporting
• Work with client teams to maintain QA files
• Help to update mappings and reference tables
• Troubleshoot issues with data ingestion and create tickets to address

• You can explain model requirements to non-technical users and help them interpret model results
• Education or work experience in a media/advertising medium
• Proficiency at using Excel to parse and format data
• Some experience using SQL (in educational or work setting)
