Analyst, Business Operations

PayPal, the company behind Venmo, is a global payments platform that enables consumers and businesses to move money, sell, and shop securely. The Analyst, Business Operations supports the planning and execution of operational processes, optimizes workflows, proposes improvements, assists with resource allocation and program execution, and provides feedback to inform business decisions.

What you'll do:

• Contribute to the planning and execution of operational processes
• Work with team members to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency
• Propose improvements within their team and related peer teams
• Exercise judgment on significant business issues
• Assist in resource allocation and program execution
• Provide continuous feedback to inform business processes and decisions

What they're looking for:

• 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
