- Drive program management activities, including governance routines, milestone and status tracking, dependency coordination, and executive reporting to support successful delivery of strategic initiatives
- Analyze emerging risk themes, risk assessment results and control effectiveness insights to identify vulnerabilities and recommend opportunities for risk reduction
- Develop actionable insights and presentations that inform decision-making and strengthen risk management practices
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance analysis, accelerate execution, improve decision-making, and increase the effectiveness of risk management and transformation initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in risk management, project/program management, audit, governance, consulting, compliance, or a related field
- Understanding of operational risk management concepts, risk assessment methodologies, and/or control management frameworks
- Excellent program management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify trends, evaluate risks, and develop actionable recommendations
- Experience working within structured governance environments and navigating processes that align with policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards
- Demonstrated learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and growth mindset, with a willingness to challenge conventional thinking, embrace new technologies, continuously develop new skills, and adapt to evolving business priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are advantageous
- Advanced proficiency leveraging AI-enabled tools and technologies to enhance research, analysis, problem-solving, content development, and program execution
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Supporting Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), risk remediation efforts, regulatory commitments, audit programs, or other operational risk management initiatives
- Managing or supporting program management, transformation, regulatory, or enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Conducting risk assessments, root cause analyses, or issue remediation activities to identify process vulnerabilities and drive sustainable risk reduction
