Analyst, Data and Analysis

Digitas is a networked experience agency that combines data, technology, creative, media, and strategy capabilities to serve leading brands. The Analyst, Data and Analysis will support client marketing reporting, website analytics, recurring dashboards, ad hoc analysis, and marketing measurement initiatives. The role will interpret data to identify trends and issues that help optimize client business outcomes.

What you'll do:

• You’ll lay the groundwork and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts, specifically focusing on website analytics
• Work in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards. Supporting ad hoc requests, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Interpret data and help to identify nuances, trends, or issues in order to optimize our clients’ business
• Opportunity to support marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement and/or testing plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting

What they're looking for:

• 1-2 years of work experience in a marketing and/or data driven environment
• Passion for data discovery, eagerness to learn in a constantly-changing space, and a natural curiosity
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail is a must
• Familiarity with Excel (formulas/pivots), experience with other data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics, SQL, Tableau/ Power BI, or Python a plus
