Analyst, Digital Product (Conversion)

CVS Health is hiring an Analyst, Digital Product (Conversion) to support the Connected Care portfolio for Aetna Health. The role works with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize work, facilitate Agile delivery, and improve member-facing digital health experiences across platforms.

What you'll do:

• Translate business objectives and user needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, architecture, and delivery timelines
• Drive Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) to keep teams focused and on track
• Manage dependencies across engineering, data, compliance, and other partner teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements
• Communicate roadmap updates, priorities, and risks to stakeholders and leadership in a transparent and timely manner
• Monitor product performance metrics and leverage insights to inform iterative improvements
• Ensure adherence to accessibility, security, and compliance standards across all deliverables
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product team

• This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs
• Must have successfully completed corporate internship program
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics or related field
