The Analyst, Distribution Operations role supports daily distribution operations, including onboarding, training, inventory, order processing, compliance, staffing, safety, customer relationships, and service-level performance. The role also identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency and provides functional expertise across distribution and warehouse activities.
What you'll do:
- Training Specialist will be responsible for daily onboarding, software access requests, and ground training
- Manages the delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded
- Supports business products by collaborating with vendors, customers, and other internal support groups
- Responsible for daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, processing orders, procuring suppliers, managing inventory, staffing, facility inspections, employee engagement, development, safety, security, profitability, etc
- Responsible for retaining and strengthening customer relationships, which may include face-to-face customer service
- Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the operation
- May provide support to field stocking locations (FSL), agent locations across multiple geographies, and support the provider network
- Provides specific functional expertise that is theoretical and conceptual in nature
- May have responsibility for supervising others in the capacity of a “player coach” but primary focus is individual expertise
- Applies working knowledge of theories, practices, and/or procedures within job discipline
- Broadens capabilities and understanding of the company processes, and customers
- Performs mostly routine assignments and resolves common issues by using precedents or seeking guidance
What they're looking for:
- SAP Experience
- Requires at least a year of experience in Warehousing Shipping & Receiving
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Schedule flexibility may be needed depending on business needs
- Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job - Required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
- PITO Certified - Preferred
