About this role

ICONIQ is a global investment firm focused on delivering exceptional investment portfolios for influential families and institutions. They are seeking an Entry-Level Financial Advisory Analyst to join their relationship management team, responsible for preparing client analyses, monitoring investment performance, and participating in investment activities.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare client balance sheets and develop asset allocation analyses
  • Monitor client investment performance and manage quarterly portfolio reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Develop a deep understanding of portfolio construction, asset classes, investment products, macroeconomics, client customizations, and professional communication
  • Perform ad hoc analyses for clients’ financial and estate planning needs
  • Participate in equity and option trading activities with increasing responsibilities for investment execution
  • Gather, prepare, and coordinate client tax data and documentation
  • Be exposed to and involved in direct private investments, client interactions, and other critical family office operations

What they're looking for:

  • Eligible candidates are undergraduate seniors expected to graduate in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactively and independently solve problems while exercising sound judgment
  • Demonstrated passion in high-touch client service and the utmost adherence to confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and a strong aptitude for learning
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees to exceed clients' expectations
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S
