About this role
ICONIQ is a global investment firm focused on delivering exceptional investment portfolios for influential families and institutions. They are seeking an Entry-Level Financial Advisory Analyst to join their relationship management team, responsible for preparing client analyses, monitoring investment performance, and participating in investment activities.
What you'll do:
- Prepare client balance sheets and develop asset allocation analyses
- Monitor client investment performance and manage quarterly portfolio reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Develop a deep understanding of portfolio construction, asset classes, investment products, macroeconomics, client customizations, and professional communication
- Perform ad hoc analyses for clients’ financial and estate planning needs
- Participate in equity and option trading activities with increasing responsibilities for investment execution
- Gather, prepare, and coordinate client tax data and documentation
- Be exposed to and involved in direct private investments, client interactions, and other critical family office operations
What they're looking for:
- Eligible candidates are undergraduate seniors expected to graduate in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.2 GPA
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactively and independently solve problems while exercising sound judgment
- Demonstrated passion in high-touch client service and the utmost adherence to confidentiality
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and a strong aptitude for learning
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees to exceed clients' expectations
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S
