Analyst I - Account Management - Captives

Marsh is a global leader in risk, reinsurance, capital, people, investments, and management consulting. The Analyst I will support the Captives team by assisting with compliance policies, regulatory matters, financial statements, and ongoing client service issues.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and promote internal efficiencies
• Provide support and guidance to account managers and other team members on regulatory compliance matters
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to regulatory filings and compliance
• Helps Account Manager preparing the financial statements for a portfolio of accounts
• Assists Account Manager with ongoing client service issues to improve the client experience

What they're looking for:

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
