Desirable Qualifications
- Three years of experience in asset management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to use good judgment.
- Display good organizational and time management skills and ability to perform multiple tasks.
- Experience with writing guidelines and other forms of written communication.
- Customer service experience; Experience meeting with the public, co-workers, and clients.
- Experience providing sensitive and detailed program information, and direction to the public, employees, or clients.
- Experience using web-based project tracking software.
- Experience creating and running audit reports.
- Experience managing contracts.
- Ability to present ideas and information effectively both orally and in writing.
- General knowledge of computer equipment.
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and web/desktop applications.
- Must be detail oriented, dependable, punctual and possess good attendance habits.
- Sound judgment and discretion in communicating with all levels of staff and the public.
- Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively and work cooperatively with others.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Lead experience with the ability to adapt to various working styles.
