Job Description and Duties
This is a non-telework position located in Castaic, California.
This position requires that the incumbent work cooperatively with others, adjust priorities based on operational needs, maintain regular, consistent, predictable attendance, exercise good judgment, meet deadlines, work independently, and communicate effectively. Must utilize a high degree of accuracy, adjusts priorities based on operational needs. The incumbent will perform support work of average difficulty in a wide variety of consultative and analytical assignments such as budget planning, program analysis, and program control functions, as well as fiscal accounting, Planner / Scheduler functions, and applicable SAP activities. Incumbent must be knowledgeable in SAP, accounting, budget, and program control processes. May perform administrative tasks in SAP such as time reports, program reports, requisitioning, work order notifications, and other SAP functions. Provides support to the Planner/Scheduler function.

Desirable Qualifications
Candidate should possess computer skills and experience utilizing Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP (or similar) software; excellent verbal and written communication skills; can multi-task, establish a good working relationship with a diverse group of individuals; have the ability to follow directions and work independently; have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, experience working with difficult and complex analytical/technical work, and have the ability to interact professionally and cooperatively with the public and staff. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess accounting/budgeting experience, as well as invoicing, tracking and auditing invoices, professional writing experience composing memos, letters, and reports, as well as experience with compliance or Government Codes and Regulations.
