SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting with data analysis, market research and development of client materials alongside consulting team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Researches market data, salary data aggregators, and other published salary surveys to aide in market pricing jobs in bulk based on market pricing methodology in order to generate a market composite and recommendation for other compensation policies and programs.
Analyzes market composite based on multiple market pricing sources to inform recommendation to clients.
Analyzes clients' financial and compensation data versus the market utilizing Excel modeling skills.
Utilizes and audits financial models and other efficiency tools created by internal team.
Assists in creating meaningful, high-quality reports detailing the firm’s analysis of a client’s challenges and opportunities utilizing PowerPoint and formatted tables derived from data within Excel, based on direction from senior consultants.
Reviews compensation programs across various industries and documents current state and key takeaways to aide in the compensation team to make an informed recommendation.
Completes participation in annual compensation surveys for various clients to maintain the most up to date survey library.
Demonstrates understanding of tasks and deliverables by documenting process, timing, person(s) responsible, to feed into project plan. May also create data request and manage the intake of client fulfillment and analyses.
Generates meeting agendas based on direction from senior consultants.
Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration or similar discipline with analytics, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working in a corporate setting
SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a strong emphasis in Excel
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Highly analytical, detail oriented, critical thinker who can tell a story using data
Demonstrated experience meeting tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks, high level of accuracy, and working independently to achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Demonstrated customer service skills
