About this role
Myers & Stauffer is a certified public accounting and health and human services consulting firm specializing in audit, accounting, data management, and consulting services for government-sponsored health care programs. The Analyst Intern will support projects and tasks, respond to client inquiries, develop proficiency with administrative and data analytics tools, and contribute to health care data analysis while meeting deadlines and working collaboratively.
What you'll do:
- Perform all aspects of a project or task and apply knowledge gained to future projects
- Possess and apply a solid understanding of the work environment; be punctual and present
- Possess a general understanding while able to articulate various services provided to clients
- Respond to inquiries and requests
- Strive to attain goals established by direct supervisors
- Positive attitude toward self, other professionals, clients, and Myers and Stauffer
- Ability to gain computer proficiency relative to administrative programs, spreadsheets, word processing, dashboards, and internet research
- Professional in appearance and manner
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
What they're looking for:
- An Intern must be working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field associated with the CBIZ business models; with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 preferred
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Active participation in student organizations and work experience in related field a plus, but not required
