Analyst (Management Consulting) - Active Secret Clearance Required

The Clearing, Inc. is a management consulting firm that helps leaders tackle complex organizational challenges. The Analyst role involves supporting the development of deliverables, conducting research and analysis, and assisting in meeting facilitation, all while gaining foundational consulting skills.

What you'll do:

• Support the development of high-quality client-facing deliverables
• Support the design, coordination, and logistics of external and internal meetings
• Own knowledge capture responsibility during internal and external client meetings; occasionally co-facilitate internal and external client meetings
• Support and/or lead research, data gathering, and analysis to inform the development of client recommendations and solutions; clearly synthesize and present results
• Contribute to proposal development efforts
• Showcase critical thinking skills to evaluate needs, make initial recommendations, and partner with team members to refine thinking and approaches to client challenges
• Gain a fundamental understanding of change management consulting and The Clearing's methods, techniques, and tools

What they're looking for:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (or have had one within the past two years)
• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ year of professional work experience, preferably in a professional services or client-facing environment
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites in the surrounding DC and Northern Virginia metro areas; occasional travel outside of these regions could be expected (5%)
