About this role
GLOVIS America, Inc. is a third-party logistics provider. The Analyst - MQ Outbound Operations role coordinates with customers and carriers to ensure trailer orders are delivered on time and within budget, while tracking production, inspection, ETA, delivery, and closeout status. The position also supports outbound shipment analysis, reporting, data management, and issue resolution across internal teams and customers.
What you'll do:
- Plan upcoming units in Production and Quality Control to ensure the destination and transit type coincides with the customer’s preferences and expectations on the delivery of their trailers
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure delivery is instructed accurately and the trailers are delivered within our procedures and expected delivery dates
- Track delivery with carriers until trailers are accepted by the customer and there is a proof of delivery signed by both parties
- Process any damages and send to a repair shop, request estimate, track repair progress until completion, deliver to final destination
- Communicate with customers to deliver full transparency on their units throughout the delivery, including daily communication on production, quality control inspection, availability of units, availability of carriers, expected delivery dates, delivery reports, and miscellaneous requests fulfilled to ensure expectations are met
- Provide guidance to outbound specialist and troubleshoot when needed
- Constant monitoring of track, trace to analyze outbound shipment for timely updates
- Coordinate daily handling of outbound shipments, repositioning as needed for efficiency and cost reduction
- Conduct analysis and provide statistical information
- Accurate TMS data input to manage shipment data
- Communicate and facilitate with customer's requests & complaints to provide prompt resolution
- Month End Reports/Contracts Reviews/Data Management

- * Problem solving and communication skills
- * Proficient PC skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other database systems)
- * Strong accounting knowledge and background
- * Strong teamwork, multitasking, and time management skills
- * H.S Diploma/GED Required
- * 0-2 Years of Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation Experience Required
- * Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
- * Must operate desktop, computers, laptop, printer, scanners, shredders, etc
- * Constant use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
- * Sit for 5+ hours per day
- * Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach over shoulder, kneel, push, pull 1-3 hours per day
