Analyst of Strategy & Analytics - E15

E15, a member of Compass Group USA, is hiring an Analyst of Strategy & Analytics to deliver data-driven insights and innovation across operational initiatives. The role partners with operations leaders to analyze hospitality performance, recommend enhancements, and support decisions that shape the guest experience.

What you'll do:

• Analyze and present insights related to pricing, labor, cost management, and guest experience
• Build dashboards, heat maps, and custom reports to support decision-making
• Collaborate with operators and partners to understand business needs
• Recommend technology solutions to enhance operational performance
• Apply AI tools and survey analytics to improve profitability and service

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a client-facing role
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with SQL, R, Python, PowerBI, and/or Tableau
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
