Analyst, Operations - Client Communications

Axos Clearing LLC is a financial services company providing technology-driven tools and services for managing money. The Analyst, Operations - Client Communications supports clients by accurately and timely completing operational workloads, processing requests, analyzing information, coordinating across systems and departments, and identifying process improvements.

What you'll do:

• Review documentation and process requests
• Analyze information to ensure high level quality
• Interface with a variety of systems and departments to resolve tasks
• Take initiative to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• HS Diploma
• Typically 1-2 years of relavant experience in an office or professional environment required
• Demonstrated ability to learn operational processes and apply business acumen
• Exposure to financial services or related industry preferred
