Analyst, Partner & Channel Marketing

Ares Management is an alternative investment manager whose Ares Wealth Management Solutions provides investment products, distribution, marketing, and client servicing for the global wealth management channel. The Analyst will support marketing initiatives for alternative investment products, maintain and distribute marketing materials, coordinate data updates and compliance reviews, conduct research, and collaborate with partner, digital marketing, and product marketing teams.

What you'll do:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for alternative investment products, including project coordination, collateral updates, email campaigns, webinars, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Coordinate quarterly performance and portfolio data updates across a broad suite of product marketing collateral
• Partner with Channel Marketing to support the development and distribution of product marketing campaigns through partner firm channels
• Collaborate with the Private Wealth Partnerships team to facilitate the submission of product collateral to partner firms for review and approval
• Assist in managing the legal and compliance review process for marketing materials, helping to track feedback, coordinate revisions, and ensure timely approvals
• Conduct competitive and industry research to deepen product knowledge and support marketing initiatives
• Support ongoing marketing projects and ad hoc initiatives across the product marketing team
• Partner with the Digital Marketing team to review campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and future engagement
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of marketing materials that support product growth and sales objectives

What they're looking for:

• Relevant internship, academic, or professional experience, or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field
• Interest in investment products, financial markets, and alternative investments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project coordination and time management abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with internal stakeholders
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn new products, processes, and industry trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with marketing technology platforms and project management tools is a plus
