Analyst - PJT Camberview (Strategic Investor Relations)

PJT Partners is a global advisory-focused investment bank whose PJT Camberview business advises public company boards and management teams on shareholder and strategic investor relations matters. The Analyst will support client engagements, investor and management communications, financial and valuation analyses, business development, and research on institutional investors and market developments.

What you'll do:

• Work effectively within assigned client teams on content that spans Shareholder Advisory business verticals to support client mandates
• Assist in preparing high-impact management/investor presentations, press releases, scripts and other deliverables relating to a range of investor matters—including both fundamental and governance issues
• Support client team in analyzing company fundamentals and IR messaging to deliver advice to senior executives and directors regarding a range of strategic and investor topics including: corporate strategy, capital allocation, financial disclosure and guidance
• Support financial and valuation analyses to identify and develop creative solutions to address issues that may adversely impact valuation
• Support the senior team’s efforts to identify and prioritize new business opportunities
• Develop effective preparation materials for pitch meetings
• Research, analyze and develop materials relating to institutional investors and market developments for use with clients, prospects, and other market participants
• Contribute to the firm’s intellectual leadership by supporting the development of analytical frameworks and other research materials with broad applicability
