Analyst - Regulatory Risk Operations

Hard Rock Digital is building an online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company focused on digital gaming, entertainment, and hospitality. The Analyst will support the Regulatory Risk team by monitoring, testing, and documenting operational controls, assessing compliance risks, maintaining procedures, and collaborating with internal teams on risk management initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Assisting in development and implementation of compliance monitoring frameworks tailored to the specific needs of the organisation, including regular reviews and updates as necessary
• Engaging effectively with internal stakeholders across different areas to drive alignment and collaboration on risk management initiatives
• Conducting assessments of existing controls to identify gaps and weaknesses and recommending enhancements to mitigate compliance risks effectively
• Write and maintain SOPs and Internal Controls documentation up to date, making sure everything is clear, accurate, and easy to follow
• Work closely with different teams across multiple projects at once, prioritizing and triaging requests based on what’s most urgent
• Stay highly organized while managing competing priorities; experience with SharePoint is a plus
