Analytic Product Operation Analyst - Data Platform

TikTok is a short-form mobile video platform seeking an Analytic Product Operation Analyst to support its Data Platform organization. The role manages data-building and analytics products, drives user adoption through training and support, provides on-call service, and consolidates user feedback to improve products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for the operation of Data building and analytic products and agents
• Responsible for providing training on data analytics products to users within the organization, includes conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and assisting users in understanding and utilizing the products effectively. Investigating and understanding different use cases for the products
• Be responsible for on-call service, ensuring that any critical issues or emergencies related to the products can be addressed promptly and efficiently
• Establish a great relationship with a Local/global team, consolidate and filter this feedback, analyze it, and collaborate with the relevant teams to develop effective solutions

• - Bachelor's degree or above; experience in product operation is preferred

• - Strong sense of cooperation, with good cross-team & cross-country cooperation interface
