About this role
Job Overview
The Analytics Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics initiatives that enable trusted, scalable, and actionable business insights across Stellantis. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, data engineering, data science, analytics, brand, sales, finance, marketing, and vendor teams to translate business needs into clear project plans, requirements, timelines, deliverables, and success measures.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple analytics projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing business priorities with technical dependencies, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams. This role will require strong project management discipline, analytical fluency, executive communication skills, and the ability to support successful adoption of analytics products through documentation, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timing
- Develop and execute detailed end-to-end project plans
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope and budget
- Ensure project delivery adheres to required standards
- Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, teams, and departments
- Proactively assess potential roadblocks, mitigate risks, and resolve obstacles
- Track progress and overall performance of project deliverables
- Own establishment of program timelines, on-time delivery of milestones, and ongoing reporting of the program status
- Proactively identify when issues arise, timing is off track, or deliverables are at risk; and develop a clear action plan to prevent delays
- Actively manage the interdependencies of each deliverable and their impact on overall program delivery and timing

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project and/or program management; preferably in analytics, or technology
- Excellent organization and time managements skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in budget and resource management
- Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Excellent executive level presentation skills
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
