Annuity Product Analyst

Job Purpose: This position is responsible for supporting business decisions through the analysis of internal and external data, including ongoing and ad-hoc reporting, and serving as a project resource on departmental or cross-functional initiatives. ## Job Responsibilities - Performs routine assignments in the entry-level to professional job progression. - Typically requires a college degree or equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. - Manages own workload and provides technical contribution. - Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. - Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. - Receives instruction, guidance, and direction from others. - Provides analysis, insights, and recommendations in support of product and business leaders. - Monitors results, researches causes of performance changes, and recommends solutions to leaders. - Maintains periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed by the business. - Acts as a subject matter expert for business and technology requirements and prioritization of critical reporting needs. - Works with cross-functional teams to ensure a sound end-to-end business management process. - Serves as the product resource in monitoring the integrity of the business process to ensure compliance requirements are followed. ## Analyst Responsibilities Helps implement solutions by reviewing data, determining project or program requirements, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners. Assists with the business case, organizing requirements, translating and simplifying requirements, and requirements analysis. May also use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage the project’s scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment. The above statement of duties is not intended to be all inclusive; other duties will be assigned from time to time. ## Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. - 0–3 years of relevant experience. - Proven project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and organize work to achieve targeted deadlines. - Strong communication skills. ## Preferred Skills - Microsoft Excel/VBA. - Experience managing large data sets.A resume is required to apply.
