Appliance Delivery and Installation Supervisor

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for anAppliance Deliveryand Installation Supervisor.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, oruntilroute completion.

Responsibilities

• Train associatesonproper installation procedures.

• Consult with associates and customers at job sites.

• Order parts tomaintaininventory.

• Perform quality checks on the installation work to ensure proper installation practices are used.

• Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materialsexpendedon work orders.

• Manage installation related issues and provide solutions.

• Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect andlocatemalfunctions.

• Install or replace machinery, equipment,appliancesand new or replacement parts.

• Be responsible forproviding driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Priorhighendcustomapplianceinstallation experience isrequired.

• Validstate issuedlicense isrequired.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Experience as a Field Supervisor is highly preferred.

• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements

• Must have great mechanical skills and willingness to learn new things.

• Ability tooperatea motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Excellent time management, organizational skills,leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
